Jack has been there for me through the entire process. From talking about putting my property on the market, until the day after. I talk about how much he has helped and will refer everyone I hear, that talks about moving to FL.. Jack knows every aspect of real estate and made me feel that personal aspect of a friend, while doing what I can from being out of state. He is a huge asset, in my opinion, to your real estate family. I would only hire people like jack, if I owned a company. I've told all of my friends and family, I'm in hood hands, I have Jack in my corner.

Jack and his assistant Heather were very knowledgeable and helpful. The made selling our home very easy so I could focus on my relocation. His professionalism also made things much easier than expected. He will be highly recommended by us in the future!

Jack was great selling my folks property and managing the process while I live out of state. Jack's network of support folks - estate sales folks, handyman, etc were also helpful. He was available whenever we had a question, kept us in the loop during the process, showings and with offers, and gave great guidance in terms of getting greater than expected asking price and several offers from which we chose. Highly recommend Jack.

Many things to do the in the whole house buying process so you can become easily overwhelmed! Jack can help you with his knowledge of the area, different contractors, handyman etc. You must however tell Jack exactly what you are looking for when it comes to buying your home that wày he can find the right fit for you.

Jack sold my sister & brother-in-law their home in Palm Coast a few years ago and did such a wonderful job, I knew I would use him when I retired to Florida. Jack is very patient and is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in Flagler County. He was very helpful at both my walk throughs for my new construction home.

We have had a wonderful experience working with Jack Corbett. He is very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. A few years back, as Snowbirds, we interviewed three realtors when we were planning to sell our house. We selected Jack and the results were exceptional. Jack sold our seasonal house in Halifax Plantation within two weeks. A few years later, my wife and I decided to leave New York and move to Florida permanently. We enlisted Jack's help once again with the purchase of our new home. After purchasing our new home, we were presented some moving hurdles we needed to resolve when we sold our home in New York. One issue was moving furnishings from the house we sold in New York to our Florida home while we were going through Closing. We asked Jack if he would get the keys to our new home and open it to supervise the movers of our furniture when they arrived in Florida, which he did. Jack also agreed to supervise the delivery and installations of appliances into our new home before we moved down. Our move in was pretty much “Turn Key” thanks to Jack. Overall, Jack Corbett is a knowledgeable professional realtor and acted as a true friend by going the “Extra mile” for us when it came for us needing extra help with the purchase and moving in issues of our new home.

I live 2 hours away and work full time, so the challenges of going from a fully furnished home with all my parents' personal effects to a fully repaired and show-ready property could not have happened without Jack guiding me about local vendors who could perform the many required services and repairs quickly and effectively. I would have been lost without his recommendations. There were times when Jack personally went to the property to do something we needed done that no one else was available to do. And the house went on the market in a very challenging real estate market, with interest rates high, new homes for sale on the same street 2 blocks away, and during a traditionally slow sales period.
